New Pattern: Ogle House Throw

I have a new pattern coming out in the February 2014 issue of Crochet World.  It's called the Ogle House Throw. This issue is available now in digital format, only. But, my pattern is currently featured at Crochet World and is a free download!  Each square is approximately 9.5" across and they are joined with single crochet. This pattern uses Deborah Norville Everyday Soft. You can purchase this yarn at Annie's.

If all goes well, I will be hosting a crochet-a-long planned for January at the Crochet World Group on Ravelry, so get yourself on over to Crochet World and download the pattern!

Wow! I am blown away by how pretty this blanket is; great vintage feel and I love how delicate the edging looks.

I haven't crocheted in a little while (especially not something on this scale), but I would love to give it another go on this.

I have been working on a block for this throw and it keeps curling..I feel like I'm missing something in the instructions, that or not understanding something..I'm going to start it over for the third time and see if I get different results. I hope so. I so want to get this done.

Also, I have a revelry group, The Gingerbread House and there is a thread dealing with pattern questions, so check there as well.

Hi Z Lady...I replied earlier via my iPad, but now that I look at this here, on my desktop, not sure it went through.
I am sorry you are having difficulties. I need a little more info to be helpfun. When you say curling, do you mean it looks like it has ruffly edges? Or that the square is pulling in towards the center? During which round did you notice the curling?
